| REFUND AND RETURN POLICY |
| We offer a 5 day return policy on your order once it has been received. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you MUST contact us via email or phone WITHIN 5 DAYS of receiving your order so that we can provide you with a return number to be applied to the outside of your return package. You will receive a complete refund less shipping charges. Return shipping is at your expense and you will not be refunded for this charge.
Jewelry pieces that show signs of wear or jewelry pieces that have been altered or sized are not covered by this satisfaction guarantee. SORRY... NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES ON BODY JEWELRY OR LINGERIE. This guarantee does not cover lost items. You must return the original piece in order to receive a replacement for it. If you do not send back the original piece, no refund or replacement will be given. Please be sure to insure your return packages for the replacement value as we will not be responsible for items lost or damaged in transit. Please allow up to 20 days for us to process your return credit. |

| We are strickly an on-line store and we don't have an actual store front. All orders are shipped by Canada Post Expedited. Impressions Are Everything wants to give you the best price possible for your shipping. We do offer free shipping in the City of Edmonton on orders over $75.00. Please allow us 5 business days for your order to be processed. If you are having items engraved or printed it may take up to 10 business days before your order is ready to ship. All orders are send out by CANADA POST EXPEDITED (Insured and does have a tracking number). We ship only within Canada and to the U.S.A. WE DO NOT SHIP OR PROCESS INTERNATIONAL ORDERS.
Shipping within Canada generally takes 4 - 7 BUSINESS days, and shipping to the U.S.A takes 10 - 15 BUSINESS days including Customs clearance time.
